Statement of Understanding

This document serves as a statement of understanding between TherapyWorld (an Internet website) and the Organization as to the following:

  1. TherapyWorld agrees to grant The Organization free organizational membership to its website. This will enable The Organization to make full use of all of TherapyWorld's functions.
  2. TherapyWorld agrees to highlight/spotlight The Organization in all the venues available on its website set up for that purpose.
  3. TherapyWorld agrees to offer all of The Organization's members a 40% discount off of its professional membership fee.
  4. TherapyWorld agrees to post/publish any articles, events or general information of public interest produced by The Organization.
  5. TherapyWorld agrees to support The Organization by offering visiting professionals the opportunity to join The Organization. Visiting professionals will receive a discounted TherapyWorld membership as incentive to joining participating organizations.
  6. TherapyWorld agreess to maintain a link to The Organization's website wherever The Organization's name or logo appears on the TherapyWorld website.

The Organization agrees:

  1. To present announcements to its membership regarding the TherapyWorld website. The announcement should provide a link to the website and some basic information regarding TherapyWorld's mission. TherapyWorld will supply The Organization any printed material it requires.
  2. To allow TherapyWorld to publish or republish any definition, news article, newsletter, or other pertinent information of interest to the public that the Organization produces. Each item would clearly be identified as provided by the Organization including a link to the Organization's website.
