Therapy World needs to collect your name, address, e-mail address and your phone number. Therapy World uses this information in order to ship your order, verify your credit card and contact you if we have a problem. Therapy World will not call you unless we have been unable to contact you via e-mail. Therapy World will never sell your personal information to any third party for any reason what so ever. Therapy World protects your information while in our database with all of the most up to date firewall Internet security. If you are using a browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape it will transmit your data in an encrypted form, this makes it almost impossible for someone to capture your information.

Therapy World treats your credit card information with the highest level of security. We use a (SSL) Secure Socket Layer Technology. This is the most advanced form of security for credit card transactions over the Internet. The way this technology works is when you enter any sensitive information when it leaves your computer it gets mixed up. The information stays mixed up until it reaches our secure server. Once in our server it is put back in order by the same source that mixed it up and then used for its intended purpose. After your order is shipped and we have received payment from our merchant Therapy World destroys all credit card information. Therapy World ships all orders in unmarked discreet packages. Standard shipping is used in most cases. This service usually takes 2-3 days. You can choose other shipping methods if you want your product faster. UPS and FED EX overnight service are available on in stock merchandise only. Therapy World will not be responsible for delays directly related to the carrier. Therapy World in some cases will use a third party to ship your order. This third party will be governed under the same policies we operate under. Your information will not be sold or retained by this third party for any reason what so ever.

Therapy World wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will take any unopened product back and issue a refund (minus shipping) for a period of 30 days. Therapy World will not issue a refund for any opened or used products. Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You must send the product and the package in order to receive a refund. This refund policy does not cover any DVD'S or VHS tapes. NO REFUND is available for DVD'S or VHS tapes.
